Closed Feature: Property Bags [16565]

Problem: SingleMAPIPropList is too tied to the underlying data source to make it useful in displaying other types of data.
Fix: Introduce a PropertyBag interface layer to hide the details a bit. First two implementations build on IMAPIProp and LPSRow.
Comments: Fixed in December 2013 Release
