Closed Issue: Can't Paste From Onenote [16611]

Problem: Can't paste from onenote
Fix: Implement CRichEditOleCallback and use QueryAcceptData to force only CF_TEXT. Also implement GetContextMenu to handle context menus directly.
Comments: Fixed in December 2013 Release
