Closed Issue: Win 8 Taskbar Grouping [16610]

Problem: On Windows 8, MFCMAPI taskbar buttons don't always group properly
Fix: Explicit call to set an App User Model ID forces proper grouping
Comments: Fixed in December 2013 Release
