Closed Issue: Cannot open a Mailbox with MFCMAPI x86 [15838]

Getting the following error:

I can open other mailboxes, but not the one that I am trying to get into. I am logged in with user account "Vision" and I need to look into the mailbox for user "marrowsmith"

This is not a code issue. It's either permissions or configuration.
