New Post: PR_ATTACH_FILENAME showing wrong value

In mfcmapi.codeplex.com/workitem/16847 in the first snapshot PR_ATTACH_FILENAME gives 8.3 filename (here it gives it in small letters - case sensitive)
In the second snapshot, it doesn't give 8.3 filename.
