New Post: Mfcmapi error when accessing public folders

I created a public folder, but when using MFCmapi and I try to access the public folder using the administrator account I get the following error:

I can access the public folder in OWA, but seems my backup software won't let me backup using document level backup and I suspect this is the reason why.

Any way I can get the 0x8004011D error resolved?
