Hi
I'm trying go get access to MAPI and using MFCMAPI x64bit version from Feb 2014 to test the session.
Host machine is a Windows 2012 Server with Exchange 2013. Outlook is not installed, but I have installed the MAPI CDO from March 2014 which should be allright > http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42040
Now trying to open a session or profile I'm receiving the following errorcode:
MAPI_E_CALL_FAILED == 0x80004005
I have installed, uninstalled, repaired, re-installed the MAPI CDO. That seems to be installed, since it's created the regkey:
HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Clients\Mail. In fact HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Clients
The user I'm using is a domain admin and member for the Exchange Organisation Management Group.
Any ideas to get the MAPI / MFCMAPI to connect to my Exchange via MAPI?
BR, Simon
