New Post: find message or folder id?

Howdy,

I am attempting to find the unique id of messages or folders within Outlook 2010/Exchange 2013 (hosted in O365).

I thought that I could use mfcmapi for this but I can't find out how to get the message or folder ids?

I'm looking for the long string that is the unique id for each item.
