Commented Unassigned: MrMAPI manifest error [16237]

There is no manifest for MrMAPI, so when doing a build in VS 2012 (haven't checked 2010 yet), I get

res\MFCMapi.rc2(89): error RC2135: file not found: mrmapi.exe.manifest

One other minor (pedantic) issue: the files Issues.txt and ReadMe.txt referenced by the project are also missing (or the references need to be removed).
